Born in Tehran, iran. Elahe has more than 14 years of culinary experience. Since January 2013 until this day she is working for one of the biggest cruise companies in USA as a Chef.
In Jan. 2015, she had the opportunity to train beside master chef of France in Lyon. From 2002 she started to work as pastry chef helper in their family confectionary. But she decided to work in hot kitchen to be a professional chef.
After attending culinary school in Iran, Philippine, Australia, she started to work for an American cruise company as a Chef.
From 2016 she planned to open a culinary school for those love to cook.
Her institute started since 2017 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Base of her school is to bring back the cooking’s culture to the kitchen.
TAMAR GOGATISHVILI :
Born in Georgia and became one of the most active ladies in the country. More than 25 experience in cooking and presenting Georgian culture and kitchen to the international people. She always says:
" As a member of a marvelous international society I have had a great opportunity to be involved in Cultural Cooking master classes and explore the taste of each cuisine my friends represent while I have to introduce mine!"
